The Wines Viña de Martin Os Pasás From a blend of mostly Treixadura with Lado, Albariño, and Torrontes, vine age 10-25 years old, planted on steep granite hillsides in the town of Arnoia. Os Pasas branco was fermented with native yeasts in steel vat and raised in vat on the lees for 10-12 months.

Viña de Martin Escolma is a white wine produced by Luis Anxo Rodríguez in Arnoia (Orense) in the D.O. Ribeiro.. In 1988, Luis Anxo Rodríguez created a small winery full of family tradition in "Os Pasás", Paixón, municipality of Arnoia. It has 2.7 hectares of vineyards, distributed in 29 plots. His ambition is to work with local varieties, recover the sandy siliceous soils of the sloping.
