Motivational Feb 24, 2016 188 PIIT28 Changed My Body Photo by Rod Foster Oh man guys! I think this is the coolest picture I have EVER taken! I bought this bathing suit from Nasty Gal a few weeks ago half thinking it wouldn't make it as the outfit of choice for the PIIT28 cover, so I had a couple backups in case. PIIT28 2.0 Review + Results Blogilates before and after, Cassey ho, Blogilates

Blogilates works because you're exercising 6 days a week. Don't follow the meal plans - I feel they're a bit too restrictive. I've (loosely) been doing the PIIT28 plan for about 3 weeks and I've definitely lost weight - not a lot but the non scale victories have been high (looser clothes, mainly). Try the beginners programme, it worked for me.
